Bilingual & Multilingual Sites (EN/FR)
One site, two markets, no second build to maintain.
We build and run English and French sites that stay in sync, rank in both languages, and pass clean leads into your CRM. Bilingual web delivery few comparable agencies offer.
Running two sites by hand is where bilingual breaks. by hand.
You ship the English site on time, then the French version lags behind by weeks. Translations live in a spreadsheet, forms only route in one language, and the French pages quietly miss the hreflang tags that tell Google they exist. Visitors land in the wrong language, attribution splits across two trees, and nobody owns keeping the two in step.
Bilingual is not a translation task bolted on at the end. It is an architecture decision. We treat English and French as one connected site so content, SEO, forms, and tracking stay aligned, and a change on one side does not silently break the other.
How we deliver a bilingual site.
From a single source of truth to two languages that stay in sync, with the SEO and CRM plumbing wired in from the start.
- 1
Plan the bilingual architecture
We decide the URL structure (subdirectory or domain), set hreflang and canonical rules, and map which content is shared versus market-specific, so both languages are crawlable and self-consistent from day one.
- 2
Build once, translate cleanly
We integrate managed translation (Weglot) so the French site mirrors the English build automatically, with human review on the copy that sells. New pages translate as you publish, not in a separate project.
- 3
Wire forms, SEO, and tracking per language
Forms pass source, language, owner, and lifecycle into HubSpot or Marketo in both languages. Metadata, redirects, and analytics are set per locale, so attribution holds and neither language loses ranking.
- 4
Hand back a process you can run
You get a documented workflow for publishing and updating both languages, plus the option to keep us on for ongoing translation review, fixes, and SEO upkeep.
What is included.
Everything needed to launch and operate a bilingual site, not just a translated front end.
- Bilingual information architecture and URL structure (subdirectory or separate domain)
- Correct hreflang, canonical, and language metadata so both languages rank and do not compete
- Managed translation via Weglot, with human review on conversion copy
- French and English forms that route to your CRM with language and attribution data intact
- Per-language SEO: metadata, sitemaps, redirects, and Rank Math configuration
- Per-language analytics and tracking so French and English attribution stay separate and clean
- A language switcher that respects user choice and sends visitors to the matching page
- A documented publish-and-update workflow your team can run, with optional ongoing support
Stack and method. the seams.
We run bilingual delivery on managed translation (Weglot) over WordPress with Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms, and Rank Math Pro, or on HubSpot CMS where that is your stack. The same team handles the translation layer, the SEO configuration, the CRM form routing, and the migration, so the seams between languages, search, and your CRM are owned by one team rather than passed between vendors.
Bilingual sites are also a migration risk: a cutover that loses French redirects or hreflang tags can drop a whole market out of search. We treat preserving redirects, canonical tags, and tracking in both languages as a build requirement, not a cleanup step.
Questions, answered.
- Yes. Bilingual EN and FR delivery is a core capability and one few comparable agencies offer. We use managed translation (Weglot) so the two languages stay in sync, with human review on the copy that sells, and we wire the SEO and CRM plumbing for both languages from the start.
