Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought we bolt on at the *end.* end.

Inkline is committed to making our website, and the sites we build for clients, usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment.

We design and build with accessibility in mind from the start. We treat accessible colour contrast, keyboard navigation, clear focus states, readable type, and meaningful structure as build requirements, not optional polish.

This is also how we work on client projects. Accessibility, performance, and usability are part of our standard scope, not a separate line item you have to ask for.

The standard we work toward.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive needs.

Meeting this standard is an ongoing effort. As we add pages, features, and content, we review them against the same criteria and correct issues we find.

What we do to keep this site accessible.

Practical measures we apply across the site and carry into the work we build for clients.

  • Colour and text contrast that meets WCAG AA, with small and decorative greys reserved for non-essential elements only
  • Keyboard access to interactive elements, with visible focus states
  • Semantic structure and headings so screen readers can navigate the page
  • Descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images
  • Form fields with visible borders, clear labels, and readable error messages
  • Layouts that respond to zoom, larger text, and smaller screens

Known limitations.

Despite our efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content, embedded tools, and older documents can fall short of the standard we hold for our own pages.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us. Your report helps us prioritise fixes and improve the experience for everyone.

Reporting a barrier or requesting help.

If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, contact us and we will help. Please describe the page or task, the problem you ran into, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and resolve it.

We treat accessibility reports as priority support and reply within 2 business hours.

Building accessible sites for clients.

If you are reviewing your own site for accessibility, this is work we do. Accessibility audits, remediation, and ongoing checks are part of our websites and digital experiences practice.

Accessible design is also better design: clearer structure, faster pages, and content that more people can actually use.
